Vodafone India recently launched a host of new plans while Reliance Jio has increased their price. The data wars continue in the Telecom industry with Vodafone New Plans launch and Reliance Jio’s price rise announcements. Vodafone new plans are a take on Reliance Jio’s Rs 149 tariff plan. The plans are priced at Rs 181 and Rs 195 which are similar to the Bharti Airtel’s plans. Let’s take a look at what these plans have to offer:
Unlimited Calling + Unlimited 2G
This plan is priced at Rs 181 and offers Unlimited calling on Local/National, Mobile/Landline with a validity of 28 days. It is a bonus card and it will also give you an Unlimited 2G internet for 28 days.
Unlimited Calling + 1GB data
This plan is priced at Rs 195 which gives Unlimited voice calls and 1GB data for 28 days. But there is a cap of 250 min per day of calls with a total of 1000 min per week. There is no restriction on data ie. you can use 1GB of 4G/3G/2G.
There are similar plans by Airtel at Rs 199 and Idea at Rs 198 with same benefits. However, Reliance Jio’s Rs 149 plan gives you a 4.2GB 4G data with a daily FUP of 0.15GB which is not very tempting.
That’s not all there is another plan by Vodafone to woo its customers. Vodafone new plans include a Vodafone SuperWeek plan priced at Rs 69. Vodafone has added a new plan in its SuperWeek scheme which gives you both Data and voice calling benefits for 7 days.
Vodafone SuperWeek Plan
