Mi 10 launch event: Truly Wireless Earphones and Mi Box launch via Livestream

Mi 10 5G is not the only device Xiaomi is going to launch in the Livestream today. Xiaomi is using this opportunity to launch its first truly wireless earphones (TWS) and Mi Box a streaming device for TVs in the Mi 10 Launch Event. We can also see an announcement about the MIUI 12 which was recently launched in China. The MIUI 12 is already available for Beta testing in India.

How to watch Mi 10 Launch Event?

Following the Coronavirus Lockdown in India, the Mi 10 launch event will be Livestreamed in India via Youtube and other Social Media channels of the company. Mi 10 sports a 6.67-inch FHD+ 3D curved AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is a punch-hole display for the selfie camera and features an in-display fingerprint sensor. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 865 5G chipset coupled with Adreno 650 GPU to deliver amazing graphics. It is paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage while the base variant may come with an 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The highlights of the smartphone are its quad-camera setup that includes a 108MP main camera, a 13MP wide-angle lens, and two 2MP sensors. Xiaomi claims that it is the largest sensor on a smartphone. We have also seen it on Motorola Edge Plus which will debut in India soon. The phone houses a 4,780mAh battery and supports 30W fast wired and wireless fast charging. The device will compete with the likes of OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro.

Mi Truly Wireless Earphones

Xiaomi could be bringing the Mi Wireless Earphones 2 to India which were launched in Europe for 79.99 Euros. The Mi Wireless Earphones 2 features Bluetooth high-definition tone technology (LHDC) with 14.2mm drivers, in-ear detection using built-in optical sensors, and environmental noise cancellation (ENC). The earphones come with fast charging support with the case, Bluetooth 5.0, and touch gestures for music playback, answering calls, and voice assistant.

Mi Box

The Mi Box S, this is what Xiaomi is calling it. The device comes with 4K resolution and Dolby Atmos support in India. The device will be compatible with feature TVs, will have WiFi support and a Bluetooth-based remote with voice control support like the ones we have seen on Mi TV.
