Xiaomi has added two new Mi LED TV in India to expand its smart TV’s portfolio: Mi LED TV 4A Pro and Mi LED TV 4X Pro. The 4X Pro is a 55-inch TV with a 4K resolution and supports HDR10 content. On the other hand, the 4A Pro is a 43-inch TV with Full HD 1920 x 1020p resolution but does not support HDR.
Mi Soundbar
And now its time for a new entry in the Xiaomi’s product portfolio the Mi Soundbar. The Mi Soundbar comes with two 20mm dome speakers, two 2.5 woofers and four passive radiators for deep and enhanced bass. In terms of connectivity, the Soundbar features Bluetooth 4.2, S/PDIF, Optical, Line in, and 3.5mm headphone jack. The company claims that the Soundbar can be set-up in a mere 30 seconds.
The Soundbar is priced at Rs 4,999 and will go on sale on 16th January at 12 noon on Mi Home Stores, Mi.com and Flipkart.
Mi LED TV 4X Pro (55-inch)
The 55-inch Mi LED LED TV 4X Pro has a 4K Ultra HD resolution with HDR 10 support but there is no Dolby Vision. The TV comes with the company’s PatchWall UI on top of Android TV 8 out of the box.
The TV is powered by Amlogic’s 64-bit quad-core chipset with Mali-450 GPU. It has a 2GB RAM and an 8GB built-in storage. From the connectivity perspective, there are three HDMI ports out of which one is ARC enabled, two USB ports, S/PDIF, and an Ethernet port.
Unfortunately, there is no 3.5mm jack on the TV. It has two 10W down-firing speakers. The 55-inch Mi LED TV 4X Pro is priced at Rs 39,999 and will go on sale on 15th January at 12 PM on Flipkart, Mi Home Stores, and Mi.com.
Another variant of this model which is 4.9mm thin will sell for Rs 49,999 in India.
Mi LED TV 4A Pro (43)
The 43-inch Full HD Mi LED TV 4A Pro has a 1080p resolution but there is no HDR support. It has the same 10W speakers and is powered by the same Amlogic’s 64-bit quad-core chipset with Mali-450 GPU. The 4A Pro sports 1GB RAM along with 8GB storage.
Similar to its elder sibling, the 4A Pro has three HDMI ports out of which one is ARC enabled. As far as the other connectivity options are concerned, there are 3 USB ports, S/PDIF port, 3.5mm jack, and an ethernet port.
The 43-inch Mi LED TV 4A Pro is priced at Rs 22,999 and will go on sale on 15th January at 12 PM on Flipkart, Mi Home stores and Mi.com.
Both the TV’s run on Xiaomi’s PatchWall UI. The company has tied up with a number of regional content partners such as hotstar, Eros Now, Zee5, Alt Balaji, TVF and many more. The company promises 700,000 hours of content for the whole family.
Apart from the PatchWall UI, the new Mi TV’s come with Android TV 8 out of the box which makes them Chromecast ready. Flipkart is offering flat Rs 1500 off on HDFC Bank Credit Cards.
