Moto X4 with Dual Cameras Launched at IFA 2017

Motorola is back with the Moto X series which was launched at the IFA 2017 held in Berlin. The Moto X4 is a mid range device with dual cameras and premium built quality. Moto X series is back after 2 years with a design refresh to better align with the other Motorola phones.

The Moto X4 looks very similar to the other Motorola devices with a circular camera module at the back, a rounded fingerprint scanner at the front and a front LED flash for selfies. This phone completes the Motorola’s 2017 range right from the budget to premium smartphones.

As far as the design is concerned, there is a fingerprint scanner at the bottom of the Display which doubles as the home button. The device has a USB-Type C but does not compromise on the 3.5mm audio jack.

At the top, there is a 16MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and 1.0µm pixel size, which Motorola says is designed for ultra low-light selfies and will come with an Adaptive Low Light mode. This camera is capable of shooting 4k video at 30 frames per second or Full HD video at 60 frames per second.

The camera comes with dual-LED flash, Phase Detection Autofocus and the ability to add depth of field effects, like most other dual camera devices
