OnePlus 5T vs OnePlus 5

OnePlus 5T leaked in an Unboxing video ahead of the Launch

OnePlus is finding it difficult to keep the secrets this time. Recent leaks have revealed almost everything about the device. The latest flagship device by OnePlus is due to launch on November 16 in New York, but the OnePlus 5T leaked again in an Unboxing video by a YouTuber. It seems like OnePlus sent out review units to tech journalists globally but forgot to mention an embargo. ZDNET Germany was the first to put all the images online and later took them down. The company might have reminded them of the embargo which was missing in the beginning.

The unboxing video was also taken down following the embargo. Several live images were posted on Twitter showing the device in its full glory and side by side with the OnePlus 5. Earlier, Evan Blass posted an HD image of the device showing the upper half and the gorgeous 18:9 display confirming the rumors.

OnePlus has already confirmed that the device will have a 3.5mm headphone jack and will not support wireless charging following the Aluminium frame. The OnePlus touted their Dash Charging technology to be better than the wireless charging.

Price and Availability

OnePlus is set to launch the OnePlus 5T on November 16 at a global event in New York. The device will go on sale starting November 21 exclusively via Amazon India. If rumors are to be believed the new flagship will cost the same as the OnePlus 5. However, we expect the OnePlus 5T to cost around Rs 35,000 in India for the 64GB variant.
