According to recent reports, Samsung is gearing up to launch a series of smartphones in India. new Galaxy A series smartphone in India soon. Support pages of new A-series smartphones such as Galaxy A12 have been spotted on Samsung’s website.
Famous tipster Mukul Sharma also teased the launch of a new Samsung device but did not explicitly mention the name of the phone. In a 12-second teaser, Mukul Sharma mentioned that the Galaxy A series device will sport a 48MP primary lens, a depth sensor, and an ultra-wide lens. He also mentioned that the device might be priced under ₹ 15000.
Another leak from Abhishek Yadav has revealed that Galaxy A12 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display, MediaTek Helio P35 processor. In terms of camera, there is a 48MP main sensor, 5MP Ultra-wide lens, 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.

Samsung Galaxy A12 is rumored to sport a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity V display with a teardrop notch for the selfie camera at a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The device will be powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC paired with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It supports up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card. The phone comes with Android 10-based Samsung’s custom skin called OneUI. In terms of security, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor featuring Samsung KNOX. The phone derives its energy from a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast-charging support. The smartphone also supports Dolby ATMOS with 3D surround sound even with earphones.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the smartphones feature a 48MP main sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens for close-ups. Not to forget an 8MP shooter for selfies and video calls. Both the cameras are capable of shooting videos at 1080p 30fps.
Connectivity features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.

As tipped by Mukul Sharma the Samsung Galaxy A12 price is set to price under ₹ 15000. While the 6GB/128GB variant might be priced around ₹ 16000. The phone will be available in Black, Blue, White, and Red color options. The phone is expected to launch in India on 16th February.
