HMD Global the company behind Nokia branded phone has launched the iconic Nokia 3310 in India. The company announced several phones at Mobile World Congress this year. The company will also launch Android smartphones under the Nokia branding in the following months.
It is very rare to see such a grand launch of a feature phone in today’s world of smartphones, but that’s what makes Nokia 3310 iconic. The phone will cost Rs 3,310 in India and will be available from 18th of May through offline retailers.
Nokia 3310 Features and Specifications
The phone comes in Warm Red (Glossy), Dark Blue (Matte), Yellow (Glossy), Grey (Matte). It features a 2.4-inch curved polarized display which promises better sunlight display. It houses a 1,200mAh battery, with a 23 hour talk time and 31 day standby time. The device runs on Nokia Series 30+ operating system. It has 16MB internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. It comes with a MicroUSB port, Bluetooth 3.0 and 2G support. MP3 player and FM Radio. On the camera front, there is a 2MP camera at the back with a LED flash. It also has a dual SIM slots.
Nokia has also pre-installed the legendary Snake game.

In Europe the Nokia 3310 is priced at 49 Euros, but in India it is slightly cheaper at Rs 3,310 which translates to the name of the device. In terms of processor, it has a very basic MAD2WD1 CPU (based on ARM7TDMI) that pretty much does the job.
