When the telecom operators are hiking prepaid tariffs, the state-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has other plans to lure customers. BSNL is also following an aggressive social media marketing strategy to attract customers. BSNL recently reported a surge in the number of customers switching to its network. In order to gain more subscribers, the telco has now introduced four new budget prepaid plans, three plans starting from Rs 184 and going all the way up to Rs 347. Let us take a look at all 4 new BSNL budget prepaid plans in detail.

Rs 184, Rs 185, Rs 186, and Rs 347 BSNL Budget Prepaid Plans

Let’s take a look at all 4 BSNL Budget Prepaid Plans:

Rs 184, 185 & 186 Prepaid Plan

The most budget-friendly prepaid plan starts at Rs 184. BSNL is offering 1GB of daily data, 100 SMS, and unlimited free voice calling for a validity of 28 days with this plan. Even the Rs 185 and Rs 186 prepaid recharge plans come with the same benefits.

The difference lies in the value-added services provided with the Prepaid plans. The Rs 184 recharge plan comes with an added benefit of the Lystn podcast. While Rs 185 recharge plan comes with “Bundling of Challenges Arena Mobile Gaming Service on Progressive web APP (PWA) by M/S Onmobile Global Limited and BSNL Tunes”. Similarly, the Rs 186 recharge plan comes bundled with Hardy Games and BSNL Tunes.

Rs 347 Prepaid Plan

Now, talking of the most costlier Rs 347 prepaid plan, it comes with 2GB of daily data, 100 SMS, and unlimited free voice calling for 56 days. Additionally, the plan comes with free Challenges Area Mobile Gaming Service on Progressive Web App (PWA) by M/S Onmobile Global limited.

Reliance Jio revolutionized the Indian telecom industry by offering cheaper 4G data and unlimited calling. Jio made the Indian customers accustomed to the ecosystem by offering services like Jio TV, Jio Saavn, etc.

Reliance Jio pioneered the 4G boom in India, leaving behind telcos like BSNL. But with the prepaid price hike, it is becoming difficult for us to maintain multiple connections and BSNL is coming to our aid.
